🚨 DRAIN TIME PLUMBING IS HIRING! 🚨
We’re looking for a Part-Time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team! 🛠️📞
📅 PART-TIME | WEEKENDS ONLY
Saturday & Sunday | Up to 16 hours per week
Schedule may expand in the future based on business needs.
💰 Pay: $20–$30/hour
What You’ll Do:
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily service schedules
• Monitor technician progress and ensure timely service
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Manage return trips, follow-ups, and customer concerns
• Work closely with our Service Manager, GM, field technicians, and office team
• Provide sales support by identifying customer needs and solutions
• Help maintain smooth, efficient day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience
• 2+ years of industry-related dispatch experience
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong knowledge of the local service area and map-reading skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Organized, detail-oriented, patient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
📍 Location: Elk Grove, CA

⏰ Hours: Saturday & Sunday only, maximum 16 hours/week
