The main process of rug care is washing. While we have the best rug care experts, we use fully computerized robotic washing machine to have the best results. Our 8-stage cleaning machine washes and cleanses the rugs evenly at every inch. We gently brush and soap the back and front of the rugs using 17 computer-controlled brushes. We literally deep wash and rinse every point of
the rug again and again to avoid any soap or water residue.

We never short cut the pet odor and stain removal process by just using chemicals to mask the odor/stain. We go extra mile to take the odor out of the rug

In our rinsing process, we extract %95 of the water out of the rug (with any remaining dirty water) right after the washing. With this, the rugs fully dry within hours to avoid any mold, mildew, or bacteria growth.

- In our rinsing process, we extract %95 % of the water out of the rug (with any remaining dirty water) right after the washing. With this, the rugs fully dry within hours to avoid any mold, mildew, or bacteria growth.

- We vacuum the rugs one last time to get rid of any remaining dust or loose yarn

Lastly, we sanitize the rugs to make sure they are cleaner than a brand new rug.
