Fast-growing Pest Control company seeks individual to support its team. This position will be based at 4601 N Dixie Hwy Suite 109 Elizabethtown Ky. Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
We are seeking a versatile, energetic administrative professional to join the existing office team.
Responsibilities of a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will include: Monitoring of incoming calls and requests through all forms of communication used and delegating/coordinating needed follow-up actions. Monitoring systems to ensure the input of data, and service information have been completed with accuracy prior to the service. Maintains awareness of logical, systemic, scheduling-related, and billing-related issues/practices involved with serving clients. Maintains positive/collaborative working relationship with all community partners requesting information about services. Ensures clients/team members are provided with information, office forms, etc., needed to initiate services. Ensures that initial office paperwork/consents are completed. Ensure any required prepayments are collected, processed, and posted in a timely manner.
