The 2025 Albemarle Area Association of REALTORS Officers & Directors Election is underway! Water Street Real Estate Group is proud to have two of our own on the ballot as candidates.
REALTORS - We ask you consider one of your director votes to be for Christina Sawyer Rountree, and here’s why. Christina is a person for the people. She’s the REALTOR working non-stop for her kids and family. On top of her already successful business in real estate, she also helps to run her family’s other business, Pro-Masters Painting & Pressure Washing. Ultimately, Christina is the open ears with a loud voice that you want at the Board Table.
We also ask that you consider your vote for Jonathan "JT" Moore - Realtorfor Secretary. JT is looking forward to helping the association continue on its positive path of generating income to ensure OUR association remains a champion for our members, clients and customers, along with providing member benefits all while keeping our fees at one of the lowest monthly rates in the country. His passion for this organization really cemented during his year as 2022 President and it continues as he venters into other facets to truly learn the workings of the largest trade association in the U.S.
