🚧 Field Find 🚧

On a recent job, our crew uncovered an older "Orangeburg" sewer pipe. During the inspection, we found root intrusion and rocks smashing the line—conditions that can affect the flow of a sewer or septic system.

Orangeburg pipe was commonly installed in many homes decades ago, so it's not unusual to come across it in our area. Like many older materials, its condition can vary from one property to the next depending on age, soil conditions, tree roots, and past maintenance.
