Health officials are encouraging everyone—especially older adults and those with heart or lung conditions—to take extra precautions.

Here are a few ways to stay safe:
💙 Limit time outdoors, especially strenuous activity.
🏡 Keep windows and doors closed when possible.
❄️ Use air conditioning with a clean filter if available.
💧 Stay hydrated.
