Now Hiring: Part Time Cleaning Technician (1099 Independent Contractor) El Paso, TX

Cedar & Sage Cleaning Co. is currently seeking one Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing exceptional service. Contractors are paid a percentage of each completed job, so earnings vary based on the number and size of jobs completed. For this part time position, most contractors can expect to earn approximately $300–$400 per week, with opportunities to increase earnings as additional work becomes available and based on performance.

Requirements:

* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
* Professional, dependable, and detail oriented
* Strong time management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
* Must have, or be willing to purchase, your own cleaning equipment and supplies, including a vacuum, cleaning tools, and residential cleaning chemicals.
* Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using scheduling and communication apps.

I honestly can’t thank this community enough. 🤍 The amount of love and support I have received since moving back to Idaho has been incredible. In just my first couple of weeks here, I’m almost completely booked with recurring clients, and I’m so, so grateful.

With that being said, if you’ve been thinking about getting on my weekly or bi weekly schedule, next week is your chance. I have a few openings for initial cleanings next week, but the following week is already full with new recurring clients.

Once my Monday thru Friday schedule is full, I’ll be closing my books to new recurring clients so I can focus on taking the best care of the amazing clients I already have. We also believe the increasing reliance on AI raises important questions about the future of skilled human work, art and creativity.

Though guilty of using it ourselves as a start up company. As a company built on integrity, attention to detail, and personal relationships, we want our marketing, communication, and creative work to reflect the same values we bring into our clients’ homes. Hey everyone,

I have some exciting news… I’m officially back home!

It feels so good to be back in the Mountain Home/ Treasure area, and I’m so excited to start seeing all of your familiar faces again. Cedar & Sage has been serving the area for a while, but now I’ll personally be taking care of clients, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. This community will always have a special place in my heart.

If you’ve been putting off getting your house cleaned, getting ready for guests, moving, or just need a reset, I’d love to help. I’m opening my schedule back up, but I’m intentionally keeping my client list small so I can continue spending quality time with my girls while giving every home the attention it deserves.

I’m also officially taking on up to four new Airbnb/property management clients. If you’re looking for someone to handle your short term rental, I offer full unit turnovers, guest communication, restocking, inspections, and day to day property management. I only have room for four additional properties, so those spots will be first come, first served.

As a little “I’m back” special, I’m offering $25 off your first cleaning for anyone who books next week.
