🚨 PUBLIC HEARING ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

The El Dorado Springs City Council has officially scheduled a Public Hearing regarding ongoing community concerns involving the City sewer system.

📅 June 18, 2026
🕕 6:00 PM
📍 City Hall

Over the past several months, concerns have continued to be raised by residents throughout the community. After hearing those concerns, the City Council requested this Public Hearing to allow citizens the opportunity to publicly share information, voice concerns, ask questions, and help ensure community feedback is heard directly.

🗣️ Residents will be allowed to speak and present concerns during the hearing.

📄 Residents are also encouraged to bring supporting information if applicable, including:
📸 Photos
📝 Written documentation
📍 Addresses or affected areas
📅 Dates and details involving ongoing concerns

Representatives, staff, and individuals with technical knowledge and information regarding the system are expected to be present to help provide information and answer questions related to the sewer system and ongoing concerns affecting the community.

🏘️ All residents are encouraged to attend, including those who may not have personally experienced issues but wish to stay informed or participate in the discussion involving our community infrastructure and future planning.

This hearing is an opportunity for the community’s voice to be heard.

Sometimes this job is about a whole lot more than plumbing.

Over the years, we’ve met some truly incredible people through this work — and Emily and her family are some of those people.

The kind of people who make you feel welcome every time you show up. The kind of people who joke with you, treat you like family, and remind you that kindness still exists in this world.

From funny moments during service calls… to hugs in the driveway… to thoughtful gestures we never expected… these relationships end up meaning more to us than most people probably realize.

There are customers… and then there are people who leave an impact on your life.

That gurgle in your sink or slow-draining tub isn't going to fix itself, and it's a clear warning sign. Ignoring it means a full-blown sewer backup is right around the corner, and nobody wants that mess. We offer 75-foot root-cutting reach with a rotary cutter head deployed alongside the camera—we see the blade and the roots simultaneously on screen. We don't guess; we see the problem and eliminate it. Pitch and grade analysis on screen—we measure drain line slope and find improper pitch causing chronic slow drains. ❤️❤️STOP scrolling for a second… this is what a real community looks like.❤️❤️

Justin from Collision Center in the Ozarks donated a 2008 Chevy Equinox to help our guy Dusty and his little boy.

But then something even bigger happened…

Because of the fundraiser and all the incredible people in this community, we also raised enough to cover bills and expenses AND enough to fix the few minor issues so Dusty now has a dependable ride.

One act of kindness turned into an entire community showing up.

If you see Justin from Collision Center in the Ozarks, shake his hand and tell him thank you. That kind of generosity deserves to be recognized.

And to everyone who donated, prayed, shared, or showed up — you made a real difference.

We just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who has reached out, prayed, and shown love over the last couple days. The support from this community has been overwhelming in the best way.

Dusty has a few fractured vertebraes in his neck and back along with some minor scrapes and bruises — but his spirits are high, and that alone means everything to us. He’s expected to return home in a few days, followed by a 8-12 week recovery period.

We are beyond blessed. Blessed for protection. Blessed for answered prayers. Blessed for an amazing team, friends, family, and customers who truly show up when it matters most.

Please keep Dusty in your prayers as he starts healing, and thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. This is what community looks like. 💙🙏

Today, our R&R family is hurting.

One of our technicians was seriously injured. Out of respect for their privacy, we won’t share details… but we will say this:

They are strong.
They are loved.
And they are surrounded by a team that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with them.

At R&R, we’re more than coworkers. We’re family. We work together, we laugh together, we show up for our community — and right now, we’re showing up for one of our brothers/sisters who needs every ounce of love and prayer we can give.

Please take a moment today to send positive thoughts, prayers, and healing energy their way. Life reminds us fast how precious every moment is.
