You can’t inspect what you can’t see.

Grease, oil and years of buildup can hide a lot on a piece of equipment. A small leak. Wear you didn’t notice before. Damage that’s tough to spot when everything is covered in grime.

That’s JUST ONE REASON a good cleaning matters.

Once you get all that buildup out of the way, your maintenance team can actually see what they’re working with and get a better idea of what needs attention.

Sure, we love a good before and after. But sometimes the best part of getting a machine clean is seeing what was underneath all that dirt in the first place.

: Where does the CO₂ in dry ice blasting come from?

Here’s something most people don’t realize: the CO₂ we use isn’t produced just so we can clean with it.

It’s typically captured as a byproduct of other industrial processes, then repurposed and turned into the dry ice pellets we use for blasting.

So instead of creating new CO₂ for the job, we’re giving an existing industrial byproduct another useful purpose. It cleans the equipment, turns back into a gas, and leaves behind no water or spent blasting media (like sand).

Basically, we’re putting CO₂ to work one more time before sending it on its way back into the atmosphere.

What’s that? You can’t shut your facility down or deal with the hassle of having someone in cleaning during business hours? We don’t mind staying up late or coming in early. We prefer to work when it’s going to cause the least disruption for our customers AND their customers.
