Unpopular opinion:

If you cancel on a small business at the last minute simply because you changed your mind, it’s honestly a pretty crappy thing to do.
Not talking about emergencies, sick kids, family situations, or things outside your control. Life happens.
I’m talking about the cancellations that could have been avoided.
Have some respect for people’s time. That appointment was reserved for you. Employees were scheduled around it. Potential clients were turned down. Someone else could have taken that spot.
What a lot of people don’t see is that when I get a last-minute cancellation, I spend hours trying to fill that opening because I hate the thought of one of my girls losing income they were counting on.
To some people, it’s just a cleaning appointment.
To someone else, it’s groceries, gas money, a bill payment, or money they needed to make ends meet that week.
Just something to think about. 💗

And a HUGE thank you to all of our amazing clients who give plenty of notice when they need to reschedule, communicate with us, and respect our time. We appreciate you more than you know, and you’re a huge part of what keeps small businesses going. 🤍🥲
