Another Hayward Microchannel Heat and Chill pump has found it's new home! This customer is prone to flooding so we raised the pool pump and built an elevated concrete block pad for the new heat/Chill pump.

Reason 3,869,577,665 you want to keep you equipment area clean and free of debris! This old single speed motor failed, overheated, and caught the overgrown brush on fire! We replaced the pump, filter, plumbing, timer, and all of the damaged wiring. This area is prone to flooding so we also raised the pump 2' off the ground.

Clean up duty on this one! Cut out all the old plumbing on the circulation pump as well as the filter. A new Hayward Swimclear was installed, all new 2" plumbing and valves, and the entire system was cleaned up.

What happens when you call the other guy!?
This customer has recently hired another company to replace their filter and fix up the valves. Unfortunately they plumbed the filter in such a position that the control panel for the pump couldn't be opened and the filter lid hit the solar valve when trying to open it! They also took apart the valves and loaded them with lubricant that didn't stop any of the air or water leaks in the system. The customer called us in to fix everything, install a new more efficient variable speed pump, and add a bypass on the heat pump plumbing.

What happens when you call the other guy!?
This customer has recently hired another company to replace their filter and fix up the valves. Unfortunately they plumbed the filter in such a position that the control panel for the pump couldn't be opened and the filter lid hit the solar valve when trying to open it! This property had an old Jandy system that was barely hanging on and 2 of the 4 pumps had also failed. A new Hayward OmniPl Panel was installed, new salt cell, and 2 new Hayward variable speed pumps. Everything was programmed so the home owner can control their 2 separate bodies of water and multiple water features with the push of a button from their phone!

This surface had seen better days but now it is back in it's prime! New bullnose tile and a Florida Stucco Blue Gem finish was installed. Now for the start-up and balancing so this customer can be swimming by May!
