Biohazard jobs are some of our most unfortunate work. These are situations where someone is sick, hurt, or worse. With these jobs comes a lot of destruction. In this case there was a pleasant surprise. Carpet was laid over a one pice vinyl floor that had no holes in it! After carpet removal, disinfection, cleaning, and sanitizing, this floor was still usable without a large cut out spot! We love it when a glimmer of good news happens for our clients.

Buying a home sight unseen at an unbelievable price can often come at a cost later. This particular home had pet f***s up to the window sills which led to fly tracks on every surface, collapsed floors, and a bit of a smell. We were ready to tackle this task to help the new owner, but they decided to have the home demolished as there was so much damage. Be careful buying sight unseen, but if this happens, please call us, we are here to help.

These brave officers did what needed to be done to save a life, and everyone is grateful. However, there were several issues that put this woman's and these officer's lives in danger. Please, if you know of someone with limited mobility, make sure that there is ALWAYS a clear pathway for first responders. It is often difficult for disabled people to not store things on the floor or they may not have access to proper equipment for mobility. If you need help with ensuring a clear, safe path for first responders, call us, helping is what we do!!!! Again, thank you to these brave officers!!!

King of the Hill has a bit of a funny take on mold inspections, but, unfortunately, there are times where something like this can happen. Inexperience, lack of knowledge, or flat out deception can lead to an expensive remediation. We encourage second opinions because sometimes a second look may help. See the picture of the recent mold job we did? No? That is because our client asked for us to be discreet and not take photos, disclose information, or upload anything to our database.
