The 9–5 looks a little different when you’re the boss 😂💀

My unpaid intern said she was gonna help today… this is what I get. 😂💀 HR will be hearing about this.

One thing I love about owning my own business is that I can make just about anywhere my workplace! 🩷🧼

There’s something nice about being able to sit in an empty Airbnb between cleanings and get caught up on quotes, messages, scheduling, payroll, and all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into running a business. 😂 It beats trying to juggle two little ones at home while answering messages at all hours of the night when I finally get a quiet moment!

Running a business is so much more than just cleaning, and sometimes you have to find little pockets of time wherever you can. I’m always working on finding that balance, and I’m thankful for the flexibility that comes with being my own boss! 🩵

And before anyone wonders about the emojis covering things in the pictures, a little privacy for my employees and their personal information while I get payroll done! 😉🔒
