Every company has that one person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. For us… that’s Susan.

Susan handles all the stuff I either don’t want to do… or honestly don’t know how to do. 😅

Payroll.
Invoicing.
And yes… chasing down the money when needed.

None of it is easy, but she makes it look simple.

She’s got her systems dialed in, her processes locked down, and when it comes to keeping the business side of things running smoothly… she’s all about it.

And if you know Susan, you know one thing for sure — she’s about business.

Four years in and we’re lucky to have her on the team.

🎉 Happy 4-Year Anniversary, Petra! 🎉

In four years of cleaning the same account, we’ve had one “complaint”…
and it wasn’t really a complaint at all.

It was an email from our client asking:
“Where’s Petra?”

She missed one day due to being sick in four years. That says everything.

Petra is dedicated, detail-oriented, a true team player, and an all-around great human. She works in a very remote location, never complains, and always gets the job done—the right way.

This is what consistency, pride in work, and professionalism look like.

Had a great time at the 2025 ISSA Cleaning Conference in Las Vegas 🎰

For me, it's always the perfect mix - learning, networking, leveling up... but you can't forget to have a little fun while you're at it. This industry moves fast, and events like this are where the ideas, connections, and opportunities really happen.

Always great bringing some of the management team along to experience it firsthand. Memories made, lessons learned, and momentum gained.
