Historic House from 1600's. Old cedar replaced with new Watkins 18" #1 Perfection Western Red Cedar with copper flashing details. Roof framing is very out of whack and is not allowed to be leveled out or alterated with framing unless it is a risk of danger to anyone living inside. I don't make up the rules, the local historic preservation society does. We did the best we could on this one
