General information

My process: Initial email screening. Receive, fill out, and return application. Invited to showing / open house. If you like the house, you make initial $500 deposit to hold the house while I conduct the necessary background checks. Once background checks are complete I will send you a detailed lease to sign. The first and last month rent is due 5 business days before occupancy so that there is time for the check to clear.
