Proper pH Pools has an immediate opening for a front office coordinator! We are looking for a candidate that possesses the necessary skills and seeks to become part of the Proper pH Team. This is a year-round position.
Position includes providing exceptional service to customers, employees, vendors, and sub-contractors as the "first point of contact" in the office area, over the phone, and in face to face interactions. Provide ongoing support in various areas including office support, customer service, and a variety of other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and general administrative support including data entry customer service and inter office coordination. Maintain client files and record keeping Administer and maintain customer contracts for service and/or repair/renovation jobs
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:
Extremely well organized, able to plan and execute plans, and have attention to detail Professional and ethical, able to maintain confidential information Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong and consistent customer service abilities over the phone and in person knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook or other email management system) Must be able to take initiative and problem solve Use judgment effectively and ensure each task is completed according to company standards.
Continue to evolve and grow with the position as duties increase and are modified as the company grows. Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. Great attendance record.
Read and understand manuals and/or instructions related to the job. Willing to train a motivated candidate who is eager to learn.
