Job Title: Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities and Duties, You Will Perform:

• Pest Control Technicians will be required to follow an Integrated Pest Management program model.

• Visually inspecting and treat for pest, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Maintain high service standards at all accounts

• Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems

• Participate in group meetings and group training

• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours

• Operating application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and small power tools

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older and have high school diploma or equivalent. No experience necessary for a motivated, reliable candidate with integrity. However, experience in the pest control industry is a plus. Candidate will need to provide valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and have a clean driving history. Company vehicle will be provided for service visits. Must be clean cut. Customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Hours: First Shift, Full - Time Technician will work 32 - 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Operating times vary between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Pay will compensate with experience.
