Eagle River best Cleaning is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team! This position starts part-time, with the opportunity to become full- time if desired
On call positions also available
Qualifications we’re looking for:
•Must be able to pass a background check.
RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST.
Must be able to work in a crew or independently
•Must have Reliable, insured transportation, to get yourself too and from your cleaning jobs
•Comfortable climbing ladders and kneeling (flexibility required)
•Fast and thorough worker with attention to detail.
•Basic knowledge of cleaning and cleaning safety is helpful but not required. It will be covered during training ( example: knowing which chemicals should not be mixed, which cleaners are safe for each surface)
•Must be Respectful and professional in clients’ homes. We value the trust we’ve built with our clientele.
•No smoking, alcohol, or drug use while on the job.
We are willing to train the right individual, as long as you are willing to learn. We provide full on the job training:)
Availability for Weekdays are a must. As well as, Availability for Weekends on occasion for Airbnb, turnovers, one time deep cleans or move out style cleans.
I like to leave one weekday open for any appointments & life things, however, I also leave that day open to use as flex day to reschedule any client that might need rescheduling due to their needs or yours. If you prefer a specific weekday off with the exception of Friday, it can be discussed during your interview.
Pay:
Starting at $17 /hour during your probationary period. With an automatic raise to $20 /hr after 60 days. Performance raise evaluations every six months.
@ reimbursement for using your personal vehicle for work purposes will be discussed during the interview
@ sick pay provided per state of Alaska requirements,
