I whipped up a couple of octopi this week for a brand new baby girl. The first was made with acrylic yarn but unfortunately it’s not a recommended yarn for premature babies. The second is made with cotton yarn which is the recommended yarn. Babies love to hold onto the tentacles because they feel similar to the umbilical cord. I would love to make some more soon to pass along to a new mom and baby

Holy cow! Moving was such an adventure and it’s definitely not over yet but… we’re settled enough now that I feel ready to tackle commissions again! Yay! Unfortunately I have some bad news regarding my commissions….

My family and I have decided to leave eagle mountain and move to colville Washington. We are so excited about this change and starting our homestead. Unfortunately that means I won’t be taking commissions for a while. It is too hard to move and work on them. This is only temporary and I will be right back to making crafts as soon as we get settled. Right now I am hoping to be ready to take commissions for Christmas. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me for a Christmas commission. Thank you everyone for supporting my small business and making this a great home for my family!
