If your baby has reflux and cries a lot because of it, give this technique a try. I like to do it before I feed him so thereā€™s less worry of him spitting up.

If your baby has reflux and is fussy, put them on your lap like this and rub their back. Notice how after a few seconds he gets quiet, it helps with digestion and allows them to relax and feel calm.

Little update: After baby boy was born, they discovered he has a cleft soft palate which gives him no ability to suck. He ended up in the NICU for a little while and now has a feeding tube for an unknown amount of time.
My dad passed away and we had his funeral.
My honey and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary.
We are survivors who can power through anything. God is good and this season will come to a close eventually. šŸ«¶šŸ¼
