Your Role:

Working with a team of 2-3 people per day
Learning window cleaning and pressure washing skills
Giving customers an excellent experience
30- 40 hours per week
$12-$15 per hour + Earn Tips

Technician Position:
-Paid training (expect 3-8 months before becoming a Lead Technician)
-NO past experience necessary
-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE A MUST.
-Requires good driving record.
-Background check is required.
-Must be comfortable climbing ladders and be able to carry equipment up to 50lbs.

Job Description:

-Receive 10-20 warm leads/week
-Pursue new leads through various outside sales avenues
-Build network with residential and commercial industry partners
-Coordinate with Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives
-Develop areas which Labor Panes can improve in Sales/Marketing

Job Standards:

-All quotes are entered in the system the promptly
-All promises and expectations should be in writing to the customer and clear to the crew leader when they are assigned to the job
-All customers are clearly communicated to and followed up with appropriately
Respond to all calls within the same day
Respond to all emails within 24 hours
Follow up with open quotes within one week

Qualifications/Needed Skills:

-Ability to relate easily and naturally with customers
-Confidence to pull the trigger and finalize the sale
-Organized and detailed
-Analytical - always pursue what’s working and how to improve
-Proactive, looking for new opportunities for growth
