The Pure Laundry Company is hiring! The Pure Laundry Company offers a beautifully renovated Laundry Lobby for our self-serve and drop off customers and is seeking an addition to our in-store team. We have the latest technology in our equipment, having installed all new Electrolux machines. Electrolux is the premier laundry equipment in the industry and operates at top efficiency. Therefore, providing a very satisfying experience for our customer.
We are looking for friendly, happy and energetic people to provide excellent, upbeat customer service to all of our laundry lobby guest and to keep our beautiful laundry clean and operating with a fun atmosphere.
This is the perfect part-time job for those that enjoy greeting the public, are good at managing task without direct supervision, for those that enjoy attending to detail, for those that like to take pride in their work by delivery a quality finished product and enjoy the reward of the gratification received by completing task well.
This may be a good fit for those that are retired and who would enjoy sharing their domestic talents and knowledge gained through the years, for those interested in bringing in extra income and for those that enjoy customer interaction or perhaps for those with a full time job that are looking for extra income by picking up extra hours.
Task:
-Greeting guest with a smile and explaining how to operate laundry equipment to customers.
-Responsible for overall cleanliness of laundry lobby and machines.
-Assisting guest by taking in Wash and Fold and completing Wash/Dry/Fold of guest Laundry and completing sale process at pick up.
-Taking in Dry Cleaning Drop Off, detailing garments into easy POS system, tagging garments and completing sale process at pick up.
-Working with company drivers for Laundry and Dry Cleaning intake and processing.
-Fielding periodic general Customer Care phone calls.
-Pick Up/Delivery Driver experience a plus, but not mandatory.
Skills:
-Must be enthusiastic, outgoing personality, positive attitude and happy. Those that are thorough and have attention to detail need only apply.

Therefore, providing a very satisfying experience for our customer.
We are looking for a Route Driver who is friendly, happy and energetic, that can provide excellent service to all of our Laundry Pick-Up and Delivery Route Customers.
This is the perfect part-time job for those that enjoy driving and maintaining route customers, enjoy greeting the public, are good at managing task without direct supervision, for those who also are looking for work on weekends, for those that like to take pride in their work by delivery a quality finished product and enjoy the reward of the gratification received by completing task.
This may be a good fit for those that are retired and who would enjoy sharing their time and service skills gained through the years, for those interested in bringing in extra income and for those that enjoy social interaction in their day or perhaps for those with a full time job that are looking for extra income by picking up weekend hours.
Task:
-Pick-Up and Delivery Laundry Orders to designated area using GPS system via cell phone or tablet.
-A Plus Applicant is also one that can perform dual roles in both Delivery and assisting guest by taking in Wash and Fold and completing Wash/Dry/Fold of guest Laundry and completing sale process at pick up.
-A plus for candidate will be able to carry out counter sales in Dry Cleaning Drop Off, detailing garments into easy POS ipad system, tagging garments and completing sale process at pick up.
Skills:
-Must have good driving record and be punctual and responsible. Must be able to work independently. Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, positive and happy. Those that are thorough and have attention to detail need only apply. Must contribute to the overall environment with a positive force. Delivery system is very logical and simple to operate through a cell phone app and onsite training is provided. No previous computer experience necessary. Previous Laundry knowledge a plus, but not required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) speakers preferred, and previous customer service experience also preferred. Must be able to lift 30 lbs and pick up and move laundry and laundry bags.
