I've lost count of the number of times​ this has happened. I went to a house to wash windows and as I'm getting ready, I look up at the gutters and soffit and see mold growing. I pointed it out to the customer and they were not aware of the mold. So I ended up pressure washing the house today. Windows rescheduled for another day.
I always suggest getting the house cleaned before doing the windows. Even if it's not me they use to clean the house.

I am honored to have customers that value me because of me and the quality of work I do.
Today I had a customer that thought I was kidding when I told her the price. She thought I was under charging her and gave me almost 30% more. :-)

The exposed surfaces of the window are clean. What you see, cloudy window, is a result of the seal of this double pane windows being damaged, allowing moisture inside the window. This can be the result of age or from abuse, like, someone using a pressure washer on the window. Make sure you know the reputation of any person you have do work around your place
