Apparently Citrus County has found code violations complaints made by neighbors sufficient reason to bulldoze one of my properties. Which means I have very limited time to sell a few major items located at my property off c39. I have a RHEEM 4 ton heating and air conditioner for sale asking $1500obo (must pick up), a 10x10 shed complete with flooring, shelving, 2 windows, and doggie door asking $1000 (must pick up), and a 19.9 gal RHEEM hot water heater asking $125. If I must deliver the shed I will require an additional $500 for delivery due to payment needed for trailer rental, driver, and time of workers spent on getting the shed loaded and delivered to you. Multiple pictures of a deck I refinished & renewed in Lake Tropicana, Dunnellon, FL. I began by taking measurements for numerous missing spindles.. fully pressure washed the entire deck that day. Went home that evening and cut the new spindles for the deck, took measurements regarding the distance between spindles as well as measurements for the distance needed for each spindle from the top/bottom required from the outer edge of the railing piece I'd be attaching the spindles to. I then used a palm sander with 80 grit to repair some inconsistencies in the wood due to expected wear & tear directly resulting from the effects of weather, sun, & time. Softened and smoothed each repair by using a 220 grit on each repair. The owner and I visited the local Walmart where we decided on Thompson's Semi-Transparent Natural Cedar Stain & Sealant which was a beautiful choice, although a bit darker than expected, still an amazingly rich, vibrant color that complimented the white & grey w/mild blue tint the shutters and door frames were accented with. This deck required 2 entire coats with the stain/sealant. These photos are taken shortly after a rain storm and as you can tell... The protectant is doing an amazing job holding up. All around, everyone was incredibly pleased with the results... The untreated, weather abused deck had seen it's better days long before I was hired to rejuvenate it. I transformed this deck into a beautiful area the family now enjoys as a space to spend time together on a daily basis. I just wanted to touch base with everyone and explain my absence and lack of communication the best I can. My fiance, Chase Duink, a friend of ours, Deanna Swint (who I sincerely was honored to award "One Bad Btch"points for this girl...had a baby a little over 48hrs before the accident which awarded her with a cracked Ribcage...no whining just doing what gangsters do...my impressive little "Car-di-beats No Ass' :\). So needless to say... Traveling North on 41 in our 2013 Toyota Camry we watch as some female in a Black Ford Explorer crosses from her South bound lane doing about 75-80mph, attempting to connect w/a large Silver Diesel Truck. The Ford Explorer ends up on the grassy roadside, driving erratic & fishtailing quite a bit. Watching her slow, regain control and then launched herself right back into the North lane, driving in the opposite direction and headed directly towards a head on collision with our car. There was a telephone pole very close so Chase cut as far right as possible which gave us just enough room we believed had just barely saved us from the collision until the Ford Explorer decided to cut hard left into our left side driver door.... literally folding our car like a taco. I'll never be convinced that a higher power allowing my fiance to survive with barely a scratch. Upon the arrival of the officers the woman immediately admits that she drove into us intentionally in an attempt to commit su***de. Upon arrival at the hospital I was diagnosed with Middle and lower back injuries and one hell of a concussion that is still causing extreme seizures and the back injuries there's a good chance will continusly cause shooting sharp pains shooting from my lower back , straight down my buttocks area, and into my backsides of both thigh areas.... a gift that just keep on giving all day every day through. I'm coming up on my 6mnth day of rehab and have had success with easing the physical difficulties allowing me to return to work.
