PINELLAS COUNTY-TAMPA BAY (FLORIDA) AREA

🎭 HELP JAIDA TAKE CENTER STAGE AT THE NEXT LEVEL! ✨

Big things are happening for Jaida, the star of the show (our daughter)...and they are happening fast! We are so proud to share that Jaida (a high school Junior) has been ACCEPTED into the prestigious Pre-College Musical Theatre Intensives at SEVERAL places...but she narrowed it down to just two: Texas State University and Florida State University!

These are exclusive, audition-only programs for the top young performers in the country. She did the hard work in the audition room, and now our local, family small business ☀️Glowing Places Cleaning☀️ is "cleaning up" to help cover her tuition and travel to get her there!

We are hosting a Sparkle & Shine Raffle where you can win some serious professional cleaning perks while supporting a local Florida artist. Whether you need a house reset, an Airbnb turnover, or an office refresh, there is a prize for you!

This unit we clean has received a perfect score from every single reviewer, and moments like this truly fuel us. Knowing guests consistently highlight cleanliness reminds us why we show up with care, intention, and pride. 🧼💛

In the short-term rental world, everyone’s definition of “clean” can vary—and that’s completely understandable. Airbnbs are lived in year-round by many travelers with different expectations (and different levels of leaving wear and tear), and not every guest chooses to leave a review. So when a large majority still feels comfortable and satisfied enough to leave a five-star rating… that means everything.

A gentle note for future guests: the Airbnb rating system is extremely strict. On their scale, a 5-star rating simply means the stay met expectations and felt clean, safe, and livable. Small oversights—not neglect—don’t always warrant removing a star. Those thoughtful, nitpicky observations are often most helpful when shared privately with the host, because they absolutely do get passed along to cleaners who care.

This perfect score didn’t happen by luck—it comes from collaboration between the cleaner, property manager, owner, and guests who communicate kindly. 🤝
