Good Afternoon Everyone,
I want to thank all of you for being loyal clients, and bringing us so many additional clients. We appreciate each and everyone of you, and your referrals! Without you we wouldn’t be where we are today. However, we are still dealing with the negative effects that Covid has brought upon many small businesses! Throughout the last couple of years we have tried to maintain our business no differently than what our clients were used to, but we have found ourselves in a situation that is no longer feasible. With that being said, we all sat down last night to come up with a solution to the financial struggles our company is facing. After many hours of discussion we decided that the best solution would be to restructure the company, but still try to maintain the budget-friendly aspect. Before I list all of the changes that will be coming, I want all of our current clients to know that you will be receiving updated information and an updated price per clean as well, at your next scheduled clean, the majority of you will not see a drastic increase in your price. This is something I wish we did not have to do, but in order for us to keep the company going, and provide you with the level of cleanliness that meets our expectations and yours, it is a must in order for us to afford, supplies, gas & upkeep on our company vehicle, and to pay our employees a living wage as well. Changes taking Effect As of Monday, November 15th, 2021:
All cleans will now be billed hourly, instead of per room!
We will be combining our Deep Clean Package into our General Clean (More for your money)
Our Ultimate Clean, will now include all of the items in the new General Clean package, plus the inside of cabinets, inside of fridge, and inside of oven, and baseboards scrubbed. (Walls will be on a case to case basis, depending on the severity of the dirt & grime).
Move In/Out Cleans will be one flat rate for the first 4 hours, and billed hourly after that mark, if we have to maneuver around furniture to get our cleaning completed there will be an additional charge, also the Basement will no longer be included in this package, that will be a separate charge as well.
