8 hour workdays are the norm (sorry 🤣)…and the same goes for your pool pump. We recommend running it at least 8 hours a day to keep the water properly circulated and filtered — helping prevent algae and bacteria growth.

Think of it this way — all of the water must run through the filtration process at least once a day to keep it clean and clear.

Pool opening mistake to avoid 👀 Don’t skip your skimmer basket! Leaves, debris and buildup can impact water flow and make startup harder than it needs to be.

Give it a thorough clean (with gloves 🧤) before diving into the rest of your pool opening routine. It's a small step that makes a big difference. 💦
