When you only have one day to transform a 94-year-old historic tile roof, the pressure is on. The Historic Cascades Manor is an amazing manor that is now the premier event center for Central Michigan.

They rarely have a day that isn't booked, so we had to work smarter, not harder, on this one. We're blessed to have the right equipment, experience, and tools to take care of this beautiful roof. No ladder wrestling, no huge heavy lifts, no clunky expensive scaffolding, and no walking on the tile. Just beautiful, gentle, damage-free results!
