🚨 St. Pete homeowners: PAVER SEALING season is here! Sealing your pavers will protect them from bleaching out, and will also lock in the joints to prevent w**d growth from occurring.

Get your beautiful pavers looking fresh and clean with our thorough 3-step process:

1. We clean the pavers with an algaecide to get rid of all the nasty mold growth in the paver's joints.

2. We pressure wash and blast all the old moldy sand out, then we re-sand with the joint sand color of your choice.

3. Finally we lay down our professional grade 2-part water based urethane to give your pavers a nice, protective layer. Aesthetically, this brings out the beautiful colors in your pavers, in addition to providing a protective coat to prevent sun bleaching. Sealing also serves a very functional purpose by locking in your joints, thus protecting your stones from annoying w**d growth.

Our results last on average 3 years before we recommend a light touch up coat.

🎥 🏡 Time lapse of a recently completed job. This was all exterior work, so we used our reverse osmosis system to feed purified water to our water-fed pole. Purifying the hard St. Pete water removes all the minerals, allowing the water to dry completely spot-free.

We also used 3 different brushes in this video:
- a gentle nylon bristle brush for tinted windows
- a boar's hair brush for the standard glass windows
- and then finally a scrub pad for the windows with the oxidated frames (to avoid any bristles disturbing the loose chalky paint that would run onto the clean glass)!
