Meet Laura!! Laura worked seasonally for years during the summer while working in education. In 2022 she joined the team full time and never looked back! When she’s not in an interview she will be the one dancing and singing throughout the office. Mentoring and guiding all of our staff is what brings her joy. That and any dog you will let her pet. From interviews to lifeguard classes to well you name it Laura is constant positive vibes we all need!

Meet Dominic! Dominic joined the team in 2023! If you’re looking for Dominic he is likely running a lifeguard class! From cleaning pools to helping with repairs to training staff Dominic does it all! When he’s not at work you’ll find him planning his wedding, walking his dog or working in his hair room creating a masterpiece. His constant smiles and random dances bring energy and laughter to the office every day!

Meet Kristi!!! Kristi joined the CPM team in 2024 as our Aquatic Facilities Director and has been making an impact ever since. From training staff and supporting our teams to keeping facilities running smoothly, she does it all with a great sense of humor and a passion for what she does. We’re lucky to have her helping lead the way into another busy pool season! ☀️🏊‍♀️

Meet Marshawn!!! Marshawn joined the team in spring of 2025 and quickly fit right in. He moved up as our Service Supervisor this past winter and is spending his days getting pools ready and training new pool cleaners!!!

As many of us enjoy a long weekend and the unofficial start of summer we would like to take a minute to honor what Memorial Day is about.

Exactly one month ago today this amazing group from Two Men and A Truck moved us into our new office.

6 Guys—4 truck loads-7 hours-from motors to pvc to desks to lifeguard tubes they moved it all!

As we celebrate one month in and continue to put our new space together we want to stop and give a HUGE shout out to these guys! You made our big move easy and fun! Thanks for the laughs and all the hard work 👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
