This line of work can definitely take a toll on you.

Physically. Mentally. Emotionally.

Physically, it’s hard. I know it seems easy, but truly, cleaning room after room, day after day, takes a toll on your body.

Mentally, the countless hours behind the scenes that nobody sees could absolutely drive anyone crazy.

And emotionally? You become attached to your clients, their families, their pets, their lives. Families move. Pets pass away. The mom who was living with them and always made you coffee has to move into a nursing home. It gets to you.

You’re constantly looking for ways to better yourself, further your knowledge, grow your business, and keep your people as happy as you possibly can. You’re always asking yourself, “Did I do enough?” “What if they’re not happy?” “What else can I do to make their home better for them?”

Then you get a text.

It’s a simple text, but it means so much.

Everybody has their reasons for being where they are. Mine is this.

To help others. To make their home a place they’re happy to come home to. And to make their pantry a little easier to navigate. 😉

Every “thanks for all you do”. Every “wow I can’t believe you got that clean!” Every text. It doesn’t go unnoticed, it truly makes it all worth it for me.

“My house is just so dusty!”

One of the number one things I hear when entering in most homes! Usually followed up with-

“I feel like all I do is dust! It just comes right back!”

If this sounds like you, chances are you need to change your air conditioning filter!

You can dust all you want. Dry dusting, wet dusting, it doesn’t matter; if your air filter is covered in dust and hair, the second your AC kicks on…guess what is flying in your air🤪

If you live by yourself, lucky you! The professionals say you’re good to change yours roughly every 6 months!

For 1-2 furry friends in your home, you should be changing yours every 60-90 days!

If you have multiple pets and kids you should be changing yours every 30-45 days!

Following these guidelines help keep your dust to a minimum, keeps your air quality top notch and ultimately keep yourself and your family healthier!

Hey yall!
It’s been a minute but I’m still here. Cleaning and life has taken over but after the holiday I have lots of fun things to share with all of you! ❤️

With that being said, I am taking a much needed break to spend the holiday weekend with my kids and the rest of my family as we celebrate 250 years of freedom!! 🇺🇸

Thank you to all of my clients who allowed changes this week to make taking off a couple of days easier than ever.
