One of the best compliments I’ve received as a business owner is a customer coming back.

A few months ago, I had a customer tell me that May would be their last month with Bin Heroes. I was sad to see them go, but I simply thanked them for their business and let them know that if they ever needed me again, id be happy to have them back and id even have a discount waiting for them if they ever need a one time clean here and there..

Last night around 7:30 pm, I received a call from that same customer asking to get back on our schedule.

As it turns out, they had decided to try another trash can cleaning company. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t what they had hoped for. The smell returned to their cans, service became unreliable, and they weren’t receiving the level of care they had become accustomed to.

When they called, there were no hard feelings on my end. No questions asked. No awkward conversations. Just excitement to welcome back a customer I had enjoyed serving before.

The call came last night after their trash had been picked up, and by today, I had their cans cleaned, sanitized, and smelling fresh again.

At Bin Heroes, I know we aren’t always the cheapest option out there. But I firmly believe that when you hire a company, you’re not just paying for the service.. you’re paying for reliability, communication, consistency, and the confidence that the job will be done right.

Anyone can promise clean cans. The real test is showing up month after month and delivering the same quality service every single time.

My number one priority is making sure our customers know we’ll be there when we say we will, and that we’ll do everything we can to take care of them. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or one of the filthiest trash cans in the Wiregrass, we’re going to show up ready to work.

To my returning customer…. thank you for giving me the opportunity to earn your business again!!

And to all of my customers, thank you for continuing to trust Bin Heroes. I never take that trust for granted.

🇺🇸 Signed up a new customer on Sunday and made sure we were out there first thing Monday morning before all the rain so they could start the week with clean, fresh-smelling cans!

🇺🇸 What’s crazy is these cans were fairly new… but the smell was just as bad as cans that are a couple years old. That’s what that Alabama heat can do to your trashcans 😅

🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, while we’re out serving our customers, we also want to take a moment to remember and appreciate the men and women who served and sacrificed for our country. Thank you to all of our brave veterans!

Bin Heroes has been absolutely rolling these past few days and I am loving every min of it! 🦸‍♂️

Because of our awesome customers it’s been full routes, nonstop work, and some DIRTY cans getting brought back to life. Every call, DM, text, share, and referral truly means the world to me.

I started this business wanting to provide a service people actually appreciate — and seeing the support continue to grow has been unreal. As the work comes in I’m able to freshen up Dothan one household at a time!

Since opening Bin Heroes in July of 2025, I just want to say how thankful and grateful I truly am for the support this community has shown me. What started as an idea has continued to grow because of every single customer that has trusted me with their homes and businesses.

This week alone, I signed up 5 new customers, and seeing growth like that honestly means a lot to me. Every recommendation, share, comment, and referral helps more than people probably realize.

I never expected things to grow this quickly, but I can promise that I don’t take any of it for granted. I’m proud of what Bin Heroes is becoming, and I’m even more excited for what’s ahead.

🗑️ Homeowner called us about a trash can left behind by the previous owner… and it was BAD.
