Some things to know!

🧺 An average laundry load is considered a 13 gallon bag, when you reach out this will be one of the first questions we ask, “how many kids do you have?”

🧺 We CAN provide laundry products however it does cost a little extra. We offer a variety of options, scent booster, fabric softeners, dryer sheets, and we also offer an all natural solution as well as a free and clear option for sensitivity skin!

🧺 We offer a put away package that does cost a little different than the original pick up and drop off but that can be discussed at the time of booking!

🧺 When you provide your own products we return everything that we do not use.

🧺 We separate clothing items, if something is clearly a child’s shirt we will separate that from adult shirts to make it easier to sort through your items!

🧺 Our average time frame is 24 hours sometimes that may be a little more depending on your distance, weather, and the amount of laundry you have. If it is more we will always disclose that when we notice it will take longer. BUT we also offer a 12 hour express for an additional fee to guarantee you get your laundry back the same day. (if any inconveniences happen that could prolong your drop off we will adjust prices to accommodate for the inconvenience.)

🧺 Our price includes pick up and drop off HOWEVER if you are outside of our mileage we do charge gas surcharge.

We have done over 15 loads of laundry in less than 24 hours 🥵

Also did you know that we have created an organization method for your laundry bags, you will see colored string with a piece of paper that has your items labeled (kids, blankets, towels, wash cloths, etc..) I find that this makes it a little less overwhelming than seeing 4 bags of clothes and you have no idea what anything is.

Our business is growing it’s trial and error! We fix what we see as inconvenience and having an unlabeled bag has got to be so confusing. So we eliminated that issue!

Biggest pet peeve of laundry?

Mine would definitely have to be accidentally skipping a button and having to restart buttoning again, that’s with button downs or baby items, buttons being skipped 🙄🙄🙄 what’s yours?

Why? You’re asking for help. Everyone and I do mean everyone needs help from time to time.

I’ve been there. The piles of laundry, the endless amount of clothes to be hung or folded.. it’s exhausting.

We are here to help, we have adjusted our prices to be more accommodating we know times are tough so we try to provide a budget friendly, judgement free service with the hopes of spreading some positivity.

It’s hard to keep up with life, laundry is put on the back burner for most people. It was for me for the longest time. When I say I understand, I really do.
