🏡 Buying a Home With a Septic System?
Purchasing a home is exciting, but don't forget to ask about the septic system!
Before closing, consider these important questions:
✅ When was the septic tank last pumped?
✅ Are maintenance records available? Was the system serviced routinely?
✅ Has the system ever backed up or needed repairs?
✅ Where is the tank and drain field located?
✅ Has the system been professionally inspected by a SEPTIC INSPECTOR?
A home inspection is important, but it doesn't always tell the full story of a septic system. A licensed septic provider can uncover issues that may not be visible from the surface. How can you tell what is truly going on if the system isn't pumped out?
A septic system replacement can cost thousands of dollars. Spending a little time learning about the system before you buy could save a lot of money and headaches later.
We believe education is just as important as service. We don't want to just pump your system, we want to help you maintain it for as long as possible. If you're buying a home, make sure the septic system gets the attention it deserves! If you purchased a home and are new to a septic system, let us help educate you on your system and point you in the direction of some do's and don'ts.
