💰 “She charged $800”...but nobody sees:
🧽 That she didn’t pick that number randomly, it’s calculated to keep the business alive
🧽 That lower pricing doesn’t mean “better deal,” it usually means unsustainable business
🧽 That one deep clean can include 8 hours+ of labor packed into one day or split over multiple days
💰 What’s built into that price:
🧽 The cost of being licensed, insured, and legally operating a business
🧽 The cost of tools & products that actually work
🧽 The cost of replacing broken vacuums, mop systems, bottles, microfiber, etc.
🧽 The cost of running a vehicle
💰 People don’t price in:
🧽 Sick days (which aren’t paid when you’re self employed sadly )
🧽 Days you can’t work because your body is done
🧽 The fact that every job includes setup + breakdown time that isn’t “cleaning hours”
🧽 The learning curve that took years to be fast, efficient, and consistent
💰 So when you see or hear "$800”…
🧽 You not just seeing a price.
🧽 You seeing a whole system that had to be built, maintained, and sustained to make that result possible 🙂
