KMD Property Solutions is hiring a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician!

We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated “jack of all trades” to help maintain and improve our short-term rental properties. Duties include lawn & snow care, minor plumbing/electrical work, painting, flooring, furniture assembly, staging assistance, and general property maintenance.

Pay starts at $22–$27/hour based on experience, with health insurance cost-sharing available for full-time employees.

Requirements:
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic
• Organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable using software platforms like Jobber
• General maintenance/home improvement experience preferred

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in real estate investing, property renovations, and hospitality.
