Dear customer,

As the New Year approaches, our team at Marquez Quality Cleaning would like to thank you for your business and your support.

We are pleased to share that in 2024, we serviced 386 residential homes and commercial businesses across the area. Many of our new clients have come from referrals from current customers and we deeply appreciate those referrals and references. We now employ 22 staff and have 5 business vehicles.

As we head into the new year, I am writing to share that your cleaning fee will increase by $5 per cleaning, effective February 1, 2025. As we continue to provide a quality cleaning service to our clients, we need to be mindful of paying our staff appropriately. In addition, the prices on our quality cleaning products have increased and we are seeing continued inflation. We hope you understand why we are increasing our rates and will continue to support us with your business.

We would also like to reiterate our payment policy. Payment for cleaning services is due at time of service or by the end of day that service is provided. If payment is received after the day of cleaning, the $25 late fee will be enforced effective January 15, 2025. We work hard to provide quality service & pay our staff promptly, please note that late payments disrupt our ability to do so.

We are transitioning to electronic payments only. Our preferred methods of payment are Zelle (use 734 719-1051) and Venmo (use ). We also accept major Credit Cards and we offer a secure automatic payment option by processing your Credit Card payment for you (3% credit card's processing fee is applied). In addition, effective February 1, 2025, there will be a 3% processing fee for check payments.

Update on Mr. P

We successfully cleaned Mr. P’s apartment.

We have managed this far to get the following
-New Mattress
-Bed Frame
-Bed Linens and Towels
-Microwave
-Food Pantry staples
-Some Kitchen ware

-We are still in need of personal care items (toothbrush/tooth paste, deodorant, lotion.
-Sharps container for diabetic syringe disposal
-Pill organizer
-garbage can for house ( 2)
- home essentials like batteries, first aid kit.
