Some of our customers have been with us since the 1970s, and we don't take that for granted. What started with Larry Balash has carried through two generations of our family, and the goal has always stayed the same: build good parts and treat people right.

Here's to the next few decades of keeping your wash running.

Salt season is right around the corner, and your conveyor is about to work harder than it has all year. Before the winter rush hits, take some time to walk your tunnel and give your rollers, chain, and sprockets a good once-over. Swipe through for a quick inspection checklist you can take right out to the floor. Catching worn parts now is a lot easier than dealing with a breakdown on your busiest Saturday in January.

If you find something that needs replacing, we've got you covered. Give us a call at 855-425-8071 or head to vaughanind.com to get your parts ordered before the snow flies. Save this post so it's handy when you do your walkthrough!

Detroit built the cars. We build the parts that help wash them. Our conveyor rollers are made to fit the equipment you already run, including Sonny's, Belanger, PDQ, RYKO, AVW, Hanna, and more. If you're not sure what fits your tunnel, give us a call at 855-425-8071 and we'll help you figure it out.

We want to hear from you. When you're picking a parts supplier for your wash, what matters most? Is it price, how fast parts show up at your door, product quality, or having someone who actually picks up the phone when something goes wrong? Drop your answer in the comments. We've been serving carwash operators for a long time, and we're always listening.

Happy Manufacturing Day from all of us at Vaughan Industries! Our family has been building carwash parts in Detroit for decades, and we're proud to be part of a city that knows a thing or two about making things. Today we're tipping our hats to the folks on our shop floor who put the care into every roller, sprocket, and chain that leaves our building. Thanks for keeping the tunnels of America moving.

⛳ A great day on the course!

Vaughan Industries was proud to attend the MCA Annual Golf Outing! It was a great opportunity to step away from the shop, connect with others in the industry, and enjoy some friendly competition on the course.

Thank you to MCA for putting together a great event. We always appreciate opportunities to strengthen relationships and spend time with fellow industry professionals.

Until next year! 🏌️‍♂️⛳

Some parts of your wash want to be seen. These just want to work. Loud rollers are cranky rollers though, so if yours have started talking back, give us a shout at 855-425-8071.
