Think you’ve mastered the string trimmer? Here are a few pro-level tips that even seasoned crews can overlook. 👇
✅ The very end of the trimmer line is where the cleanest cut happens. Burying the head into heavy growth slows the head speed, wastes line, and can leave a ragged finish.

✅ A thicker line is not always better. If the line is too heavy for the trimmer, it can reduce head speed, strain the engine or motor, and create more vibration.

✅ Removing the guard might seem like a shortcut, but it changes the intended cutting length, increases debris exposure, and can overload the machine.

✅ When you stop to replace line, take 30 seconds to check the head, guard, fasteners, air intake, and debris buildup.

Mow the lawn. Feed the animals. Figure out dinner. Go to sleep. WAKE UP! Work. Work. Work. The groceries you JUST bought are already gone. The tire is low. Google just charged you ANOTHER $9.99 for something you forgot you subscribed to. You keep telling yourself you'll take a day off... maybe NEXT WEEK. Your kid wants a toy. The school needs money. The dog throws up. Somebody texts, "ARE YOU COMING?" I DON'T KNOW! RENT IS DUE. The electric bill is due. The insurance bill is due. PAYROLL IS IN A FEW DAYS... AGAIN!!!

Honestly, I have so much compassion for small business owners who are barely holding it together right now. They're not LAZY. They're not FAILING. They're not falling behind because they don't care. They're just trying to survive OVERWHELMAGEDDON while life keeps yelling, "ONE MORE THING!"

There are seasons in life when it feels like everything is happening at once. The weight becomes heavy, the answers seem far away, and peace can feel impossible to find. But those are the moments when we must trust God the most. We were never meant to carry every burden on our own. When we surrender our worries, fears, and plans to Him, we can rest in the promise that He will provide exactly what we need, exactly when we need it. Peace doesn't come from having everything figured out. It comes from knowing the One who does.🙏

This window cost me $250!!

The lady was nice about the whole thing when I went and told her that I broke it while edging the front of the apartment building.

We called around for prices to replace it. $250 wasn’t bad, could’ve been worse!
Gave her another $20 for gasoline to drive it to get it fixed. She appreciated that.

After getting 4 flat tires at one of our commercial properties, it’s time to pull out the “spare” tires that I had boxed up since I bought this mower.

I was just going to replace the bad tire with another of the same kind but to my pleasant surprise, my salesman at Weingarz had sold me these tires rather than regular tires!! 🙃 They’ve been in the box for 14 months. 🤣
