Good day to everyone. I have a question ⁉️ For everyone who cleans offices. The cleaning is in the middle of the day when employees are working at the site.
If you have a client who wants you to clean in the middle of the day and then tells you she or he has six 30 min lunch periods. Wants you to clean before the lunches start. Then is not satisfied because the building is not clean, because right after you clean the employees are using the bathrooms and back in there office and they are working and they are tracking the floors up. But the client doesn't want you to clean at night when the building is empty so they can all walk into a clean building. Then is only paying close to $275 a month for 4 cleanings a month and that is 1 cleaning per week $68.75.

The client wants you to tell her people to move out the way when you have to clean their offices. You are not get paid for telling the employees to move out the way and then you gotta wait for them to get off of the phones and move. That is more of time wasted. Then if you end the contract the client wants a 30 day notice. But if the client ends the contract there is no 30 days. I let the client end the contract, but client can't keep a cleaning company.

How would you deal with a client like this !?
Can anyone give me some input on this...
