The Heartland Carwash Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristen Corbisiero as Executive Director & Publisher.

Kristen has been an integral part of HCA since joining the organization in 2015 as Managing Editor. She was promoted to Editor-in-Chief in 2023 and brings nearly two decades of experience in the carwash industry, having begun her career in 2006.

Throughout her time with HCA, Kristen has played a key role in strengthening member communications, expanding industry engagement, and growing the association’s publications and outreach efforts.

In her new role, Kristen will continue leading initiatives focused on membership growth, educational opportunities, vendor partnerships, industry collaboration, and the continued evolution of HCA and 𝘚𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘩 newsletter.
