What You’ll Do:

Air Duct & Vent Cleaning: Utilize specialized truck-mounted equipment, rotary brushes, and high-powered negative air systems to thoroughly clean residential and commercial air ducts and dryer vents.

Restoration & Mitigation: Assess, clean, and mitigate properties impacted by water, fire, mold, or smoke damage.
Customer Service: Interact directly with clients to explain the process, walk through findings, and deliver excellent service with a professional attitude.

Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain company trucks, tools, and specialized cleaning/restoration equipment.

Documentation: Keep clear records of job progress, site conditions, and completed services.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, water mitigation, mold remediation, or general restoration is preferred (willing to train the right candidate!).

Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces), and work on your feet for extended periods.

Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and proud of doing a job right the first time.

Certifications (Bonus): IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT) or NADCA credentials are a major plus!
