NOW HIRING – CLEANING TECHNICIAN
A. It’s Clean is seeking experienced and dependable Cleaning Technicians to assist with post-construction, restoration and turnover cleaning projects throughout Colorado.
Scope of work may include:
• Post-construction cleaning
• Final cleans
• Rough cleans
• Touch-up cleans
• Restoration cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Residential and commercial turnovers
• Interior and exterior window cleaning
• Detailed cleaning for final project turnover
• Ladder work and high dusting
• Job site preparation and project support
Compensation: $18–$25 per hour based on experience, qualifications and performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and conduct on job sites
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach and climb throughout the workday
• Ability to safely use ladders and step stools
• Ability to work overhead and at varying heights
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and job site conditions
Our projects range from custom homes and residential remodels to commercial tenant improvements, retail spaces, office renovations, multifamily developments, restoration projects and large-scale post-construction cleaning.
We provide services statewide throughout Colorado including Northern Colorado, the Front Range, mountain communities, the Western Slope, Southern Colorado and surrounding areas. Travel expenses are covered for qualifying out-of-town projects. Occasional overnight travel may be required depending on project location.
This is a project-based position supporting active residential and commercial projects throughout the state. Hours will fluctuate based on project volume, client schedules and workload demands. While we cannot guarantee full-time or part-time hours at this time, we are looking for someone interested in establishing a long-term working relationship and growing with the company as we continue expanding throughout Colorado.
