Those need to stay messy. 😉

Not every battle is visible.
Sometimes "I'm fine" means "I'm trying really hard."
Sometimes the person making everyone laugh is exhausted.
Sometimes the person caring for everyone else needs someone to care for them.

And sometimes a simple:

"Hey, I'm thinking about you. How are you REALLY doing?"

Can mean more than you know. ❤️

October reminds us of breast cancer, but compassion doesn't have a calendar.

🧠❤️ WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY ❤️🧠

Today is a reminder that mental health deserves attention, compassion, and conversation.

The World Health Organization's 2026 theme is "Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change." WHO emphasizes the importance of listening to people with lived experience and involving them meaningfully in mental-health care and support.

So today:

❤️ Check on your people.
❤️ Listen without immediately trying to fix everything.
❤️ Give yourself permission to rest.
❤️ Ask for help when you need it.
❤️ Remind someone they're not alone.

And remember, sometimes the strongest thing someone can say is:

"I need help."

🎀 A LITTLE REMINDER: BREAST CANCER DOESN'T ONLY AFFECT WOMEN.

Breast cancer overwhelmingly affects women, but men can develop breast cancer too. The American Cancer Society estimates that thousands of men are diagnosed in the U.S. each year.

And regardless of who receives the diagnosis, an entire family can feel the impact.

That's something we understand very personally.

This October, let's make awareness bigger than a pink ribbon. 🎀

Nina Lisa was a huge supporter of CK Windows and More.

She believed in what we were building. She supported our family. She cheered us on.

And although we wish we could still hear her encouragement firsthand, we're carrying that support forward.
