We out here building crawlspace doors to keep critters out 💪🚫🐭🚫💪.

A client had previously paid a contractor to build them a crawlspace cover, and while he did exactly that, there were some issues. The framing made the door extremely heavy and unwieldy to get off, but most importantly it did not seal up around the edges at all still leaving the crawlspace completely vulnerable to anything that wanted to sneak around the cracks and get inside.

This crawlspace door is matched to the dimensions of the concrete itself. Its glued down and secured in place and a trap door with a handle was placed and cut on top to allow them to open it up a lot easier and gain access in and out without allowing critters inside!

This big fella gave someone quite the fright!
