What you can expect from us. We will supply our own cleaners and appliances unless you have something specific you woul

d like us to use we can do that as well. All of our employees are tracked by GPS to keep them safe and to manage time and costs for you. Common requests include



Bathroom

-Clean bathtub/shower

-Toilet

-Sink

-Mirrors

-Disinfect all high touch areas (doorknobs, handles, entry trim, light switches)

-vacuum/sweep/mop

-Dust ceiling fans, blinds, window ledge

-Remove trash (customer must supply bags)



Kitchen

-Clean all counter tops

-Stovetop

-Microwave inside and outside

-Clean tabletop

-clean sink

-Disinfect all high touch areas (doorknobs, handles, entry trim, light switches)

-vacuum/sweep/mop

-Dust ceiling fans, blinds, window ledge

-Remove trash (customer must supply bags)





Bedroom

-Make bed (if linens left out)

-Dust any furniture tops (must be accessible)

-Disinfect all high touch areas (doorknobs, handles, entry trim, light switches)

-vacuum/sweep/mop

-Dust ceiling fans, blinds, window ledge

-Remove trash (customer must supply bags)





Living area

-Disinfect all high touch areas (doorknobs, handles, entry trim, light switches)

- Dust/ wipe any furniture

-vacuum/sweep/mop

-Dust ceiling fans, blinds, window ledge

-Remove trash (customer must supply bags)



Dining area

-wipe/ dust any furniture

-Disinfect all high touch areas (doorknobs, handles, entry trim, light switches)

-vacuum/sweep/mop

-Dust ceiling fans, blinds, window ledge

-Remove trash (customer must supply bags)



Office

Dust/polish desk surface (must be accessible)

-Disinfect all high touch areas (doorknobs, handles, entry trim, light switches)

-vacuum/sweep/mop

-Dust ceiling fans, blinds, window ledge

-Remove trash (customer must supply bags)



(Deep cleans are essential and highly recommended for the initial cleaning. It is hard for me to clean your home correctly without this. It makes upkeep easier and makes your home shine.) Deep cleaning

-clean baseboards (must be accessible)

-clean fridge and freezer inside and out (will remove all items and put back)

-clean cabinet doors

-Dust/wipe/vacuum any furniture as appropriate

-polish wood furniture

-polish stainless steel appliances

-clean any cobwebs

-Dust light fixtures and air vent covers

-clean Inside of oven



-Windows and doors can be cleaned including inside glass and tracks for $14.95 per window (must be accessible from ground or step stool. Move out cleans $50/hour

New construction cleans will be priced on an individual basis by the unit. Don’ts

-I am unable to wash dishes (any dishes left out will be moved to the sink after it is cleaned)

-I do not pick up toys or items left all over the floor (one or two items can be moved to the side and put back but floors and counter surfaces need to be accessible.)

-I am unable to move furniture (any baseboards or vents that are not accessible cannot be cleaned)

-I am unable to clean up animal f***s or urine



If there is something specific that you would like done outside of this list, please feel free to inquire. We understand that every home is unique, and each house has diverse needs. We will do our best to accommodate your individual needs as appropriate. Hourly rates allow us to focus on your individual needs and wants rather than cleaning something you may not be interested in. This optimizes our time with you. We look forward to the opportunity to be a guest in your home and make your life just a little bit easier. All health guidelines will be followed when inside your home. We will wear a face covering as well as gloves when inside your home. We will sanitize before entering your home and before we leave. Clean or disposable rags, dusters, etc. will be used for each home. Keeping your family and ours safe is a top priority.

Bi- weekly cleaning $24.95 per room

(Price may be negotiated if homes are exceedingly small or large or with substantial amounts of wood furniture.)

-Inside of oven can be cleaned for an additional $40 per clean
-Windows and doors can be cleaned including inside glass and tracks for $14.95 per window (must be accessible from ground or step stool.

Move out cleans $60/hour
New construction cleans will be priced on an individual basis.
