I made this page because of how Jake Norris Roof smart from demote, Indiana, lives Lin Lowell, Indiana has treated my mother with her Roof. On April 05, 2017 the company came to fix our roof in Knox , Indiana that had three leaks. They were bad we had drips and sometimes a stream coming down. Roof smart came out done the Job.This is looking at the roof after he worked 4 hours on it and I thought it truly was fixed and it wouldn’t leak, but it did.
The next day I got up and they were leaking again. When he got done the other day he said you have a 2 year guarantee on the roof.
I put this message on his voicemail We were very kind and nice about the leaks when I contacted him. I said I know your business with busy doing bigger Roof jobs and that our Roof was still leaking please give a call back with a time and date. Thank you.
Well he never even called back or sent a text acknowledging he got my message, so i called and left another message and still no call back or anything saying I got your messages.
So I searched for his e-mail and sent Roof smart one saying I have been leaving you all these messages and you don't even call or text saying you got my message. I think you're just blowing me off with no answer. Please reply back from my e-mail I am writing you thanks.
I still never received a reply or even a call back from that at all. So I tried calling and shocking they answer their phone.! I said this is chris from Knox the Roof job was leaking he said I remember and he was planning to come out on Friday to fix our leaks. I said thank you we will see on Friday. Well Friday came and a no show or a call saying why he didn't make it..
I then followed up with another e-mail saying he has 7 days to reply with a date and time he was showing up to fix our leaks. If he doesn't then I would report them to the bbb of Indiana. I am waiting to see if he does anything so I will update this page when I hear something.
Now the only reason I made this page is not because he does crappy work! He doesn't do that all when he does a job. The reason is because his attitude of lying when he coming or just not even acknowledging my messages or emails. It's been over three months and he still hasn't called or reply back to everything I sent him. My mother also lost her husband and I lost my father also. So between this and not getting one acknowledgement by him. So this why I made this page. If the Roof smart company would come and fix our leaks then I would consider to take this down.
After reading all this and you still like to hire them be my guest.
Here is a update. Here it’s October 23 and I still haven’t got a call to tell me when he was coming to fix our roof. So I went to Indiana Attorney General and file a case with then. I haven’t heard anything from them yet but, they probably are still working on the case. Maybe they will get a response because Better Business Bureau. They called and tried getting ahold of him and never received an answer. I will update when I get more information.
I also went through the Indiana authority general and he changed his number and doesn’t answer any mail from them. So his two year guarantee was a lie and he doesn’t stand behind his work at all so I would never recommend him to do any roof. Don’t hire him at all if your leaks after he said a two year guarantee but, don’t lstand by it. He leaves you hanging!! Here is a picture of him!
Like I said before if he come to fix our roof and it doesn’t leak I will delete this page because everything I said above is the truth.
He May have changed the name but just asked for his name or even paperwork to show he is licensed and insured that would have his name on it. Just be careful because he his very convincing like he has been doing this since he was 18 years old and stuff like that but, don’t trust him he will like right to your face to you to get your business.
