Three post-construction projects… two completed last week, one this week, and next week we’ll be back for the final clean on the home we’re working on yesterday. 🙌🏡

When I started Peach State Elite Cleaning, I prayed for opportunities like these. I didn’t know exactly how God would open the doors, but I trusted Him. He’s continued to prove that when you work hard, treat people right, keep your word, stay humble, and honor Him, He provides.

I’m incredibly thankful for the builders and homeowners who have trusted us with their beautiful homes. That trust is something I never take for granted.

The doors with glass in this home was covered in paint—on both the inside and outside. Most people would’ve called it “good enough.” We don’t.

On this post-construction clean, we carefully removed every bit of paint, leaving behind crystal-clear windows and the finish the builder would expect and the homeowner deserved.

A few weeks ago, Landen and I stopped by Leaf Grocery on the way to a deep clean. We both had on our Peach State Elite Cleaning shirts (with my logo and info on the front and back for a reason 😉).

A contractor standing behind us asked Landen, “Do y’all do post-construction cleanups?” Landen smiled and said, “You’ll have to ask her.”

I told him yes, handed him a business card, and honestly didn’t think much more about it.

Fast forward to Monday…

He called. Not with one job—but two post-construction cleans for this week. Then he said he wants me to handle all of his upcoming post-construction projects.

One question he asked stuck with me:
“Are you detailed?”

My answer?
“Check my Google reviews. That’s the compliment I hear more than anything.”

When I started Peach State Elite Cleaning, I had to build everything from the ground up. Most of the clients who knew my work knew me through my previous employer. This time, I had to earn my own name, one client, one review, and one opportunity at a time.

This is my first contractor and my first post-construction clean under my business name. It’s a milestone I’ll never forget.
