Sometimes inspections come with surprises… and this one was about 6 feet underground.

We were called out to inspect and pump the septic tank for a property being sold, and after a whole lot of digging, we finally reached the tank!

20 years of settling had this line forgetting which way gravity works. We dug it up, re-braced it, and gave it the proper fall back to the tank. Flow restored, problem solved.
